SALON POLICIES

Here at BeautyxCassia we have a 10 minute grace period, you must be inside the salon by the 10 minute mark! If by any chance you’re not able to make it to your appointment there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

The same fee applies if you’re trying to reschedule/cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

No Show

Please keep in mind that if it’s been past the grace period (10 mins) & we haven’t heard from you we will assume you’re not showing up & you will be marked as a no-show. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. So reach out as soon as possible if you find yourself running late so you don’t get marked as a no-show.

Late Cancellations

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel within this timeframe 50% of the service will be charged.
